Previously employed at a legal firm specializing in real estate law, Hakim Ly developed a strong passion for property and transitioned into the real estate industry by joining a local firm. There, he gained experience in the research department before moving into valuation. After three years, Hakim joined Knight Frank Cambodia as an Analyst in the Research & Consultancy department. He monitors both the commercial and residential markets, analyzes macroeconomic trends, produces research reports, and supports development consultancy projects.
